Our House

This facility is located at 162 Jackson Ave. We are a 10 bed, completely handicap accessible, state licensed residential care home, with 8 private rooms and 1 semi-private room. Our House was completely renovated in 2001, from a small residence, to what now, 10 residents call home. We maintain a very home like environment, with home-cooked meals that are prepared daily and fresh desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth. Out back, there is a fenced-in, over-sized backyard, complete with deck and ramp for easy access for all of the residents.

 

Our House Too

This facility is located at 69 ½ Allen St. We are a 13 bed, completely handicap accessible, state licensed residential care home with 9 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms. After undergoing an 1100 square foot addition in September of 2008, and additional renovations throughout, Our House Too is now more home like than ever. Beautiful Pergo floors have been added and the dining room has been extended to ease any mealtime tensions. A great fenced backyard with soothing patio deck, completes this location as a superior environment for any loved one suffering from dementia.

 

Our House at Park Terrace

This facility is located at 48 South Main St. We are a 12 bed, state licensed level 3 residential care home, with 6 private rooms and 6 semi-private rooms. This house was acquired in May of 2005 and since has gone through numerous improvements. Unlike the other two Our House facilities, this house doesn't focus completely on Dementia care. It is a two level home with bedrooms, both upstairs and down. Included with the improvements, we have made this house handicap accessible to help ease daily life for our residents. Again, home-cooked meals are a staple at this location, as well as the superior quality 24-hour staff.

Our House Outback

This facility is located at 196 Mussey St. We are a 12 bed, state licensed level 3 care home, with 12 private rooms. Construction was finished and the doors opened on Our House Residential Care Homes' newest facility in June of 2010. This care home, once again, is designed completely with dementia care in mind. This facility was designed to the Patorti families specifics and expertise with the everyday challenges of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia care. As with all of Our House home-cooked meals are a staple at this location, as well as the superior quality 24-hour staff.
 

All Locations

At every Our House location, you will find a highly qualified and trained staff. All staff members have been introduced to Our House through an orientation program and are exposed to continuous educational in-services so staff can carry on their excellence. Our nurse is in the facilities and on call 24-hours a day. She over-sees all medicine administration, resident care, and is in constant contact with our residents’ physicians. All managers and owners are available at anytime of the day or night to help any staff member or family member with questions or concerns. We feel very adamant about family being involved in the everyday care of their loved one.
